The market for single family homes in Intown Atlanta is red hot!

The sale of single family homes continued at a near record pace in 2017. Buyer demand far outstripped the supply of single family homes priced from $300,000 to $600,000. With an average listing time of just 28 days for these properties, buyers had to move quickly – very quickly – when a new listing hit the market.
