In 2017, Intown townhomes and condos priced from $600,000 to $1 million were listed for just 65 days before going under contract and sold for a median price of $667,500. Time on market dropped 10% compared to 2016. The average monthly inventory of 10.25 months is unusually high because of new 60+ properties in new condo buildings put on the for pre-sales.
