In 2017, Intown condos and townhomes priced from $300,000 to $600,000 were listed for just 35 days before going under contract. The monthly inventory of 2.17 months for condos and townhomes is at a record low. Buyers had to move quickly when a new listing came on the market and many homes sold with multiple offers.
